Groom day

From drop-off to the photo.

No cages, no rushing. Follow the paw print through a full groom for a small dog.

    Drop-off

    Meet your groomer, share any notes and say goodbye with a treat. We already have your pet's profile.

  2. 9:15

    Bath & blow-dry

    A warm bath with a coat-appropriate shampoo and a low-noise blow-dry, with breaks as needed.

  3. 10:00

    Cut & finish

    A breed-appropriate cut, nails, ears and a scent-free finish, checked against the photo you chose.

  4. 10:30

    Bandana & photo

    A fresh bandana and a photo for your phone before you even arrive.

  5. 10:45

    Pick-up

    A text says your pet is ready. Settle up and book the next visit in one tap.
