What vaccinations do you require?
Dogs and cats need current rabies, plus DHPP for dogs and FVRCP for cats. You can upload records when you book, or bring them to drop-off.
How long will my pet be here?
Most full grooms take two to three hours. Your booking shows the groom time, and we text you when your pet is ready for pick-up.
My dog is nervous. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us when you book. We use breaks, treats and slow introductions, and we will never force a pet through a groom.
Do you groom cats?
Yes, in a separate quiet room away from the dogs. Dana is our cat specialist.
What if my dog is matted?
We will tell you honestly what is kind to do. Heavy matting is sometimes best shaved for comfort, and we will always discuss it first.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before. Your deposit comes off the final bill or is refunded.
